- Upon execution, you will both receive a signed copy of the agreement for reference
- The process is entirely online and members can log in and access an NDA the same way once subscribed.
Is my personal information safe when using your service?
- Privacy and data security are paramount, we purely facilitate the digital distribution of the draft document to you and your participants, we do not hold your data or fully executed documents, they are the responsibility of both parties once executed.
What's the difference between a one-off NDA and a monthly membership?
- One-off NDAs must be purchased according to the occasion and this can become costly
- With our memberships, you can sign up and have your details pre-populated for all future NDAs.
- It is a one-off payment per month and you can execute unlimited NDAs as required
How long does it take to set up an NDA?
- Your NDA is sent to you within 5 minutes of being purchased.
- It will be emailed to all participants at the same time.
What happens if I need to make changes to an existing NDA?
- We do not make changes to the legal documents.

What happens if someone breaches the NDA?
- Customers would likely want to understand the recourse available in case of a breach.
- Based on our legally binding NDA they provide the security for you to pursue legal action for breach of the agreement.
Is my membership fee automatically renewed each month?
- Your membership will be charged automatically to the card you provide as a subscription service.
- You can cancel your membership at any time
- Your membership charges will be under a discrete name
How can I trust that my desires will remain confidential with S4S?
